Project management
Our key personnel bring hands-on experience in all phases of biotechnology management starting with strategic planning up to site validation IQ/OQ/PQ. It is therefore that we at Vanir Bio understand the crucial impact of project management and its key importance to a biotechnology project and eventually the product.
Process Engineering
Based on its extensive experience and success Vanir Bio offers support for the:
a) Design of new facilities or the modification or expansion of existing facilities. The design starts at a conceptual level and ultimately ends in the form of fabrication and construction plans.
b) Design of manufacturing processes based on mini-pilot data for desired physical and/or chemical transformation of recombinant proteins.
c) Support the generation and the review of process design documents i.e. BFD, PFD, PI&D
Quality Management
Quality management starts from early stages of development. From the 1st stage of risk analysis to the last stages of commissioning a manufacturing facility. Our team has the experience and knowledge in establishing and reviewing all aspects of erecting a cGMP manufacturing facility.
